General DescriptionResponsible for administering the referral system. In addition to supporting the Popular at Work team in coordinating promotional activities and keeping track of their results
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for administering the Referral Program for Popular. Analize referrals result by business line to recommend opportunities of this process. Manage results by business units for the incentive payment for all employees.
- Responsible for the marketing/sponsorship budget for the Popular at Work Program as well as the marketing budget for branches channel. Responsible for the billing process and for monitoring resources expenses for Popular at Work.
- Support in the coordination of workshops/promotional activities with Popular at Work’ companies.
- Collaborate on the development and educational content of Popular’s products & services, based on Popular at Work company’s and branches need.
- Monitoring results of Popular at Work efforts, the Referrals System, as well as to consolidate results of the sales channels supported by the Sales & Service unit.
Bachelor's Degree
ExperienceMinimum of two years’ experience working in customer service, activities coordination or sales efforts.
Other Qualifications- Excellent computer skills:
Microsoft Office Applications as Excel (Power BI, Power Query and Power Pivot), Word, Power Point, CANVA, among others). - Excellent oral and written communication: fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Available to work after work hours, holidays, and weekends.
- Available to travel in and out of Puerto Rico Organization and time management:
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time. - Customer orientation:
Have skills to deal with customers’ needs and provide excellent customer service. Having empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. - Negotiation skills:
Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients. - Fast learner:
Skill to quickly understand new information (ex.: financial, compliance, among others).
