National role so there is UK travel - Have offices in Worksop (Notts) and Sudbury (Suffolk) so ideally based commutable to either of these locations. This is a field sales role, so can be based from home attending the offices when needed for meeting/ product training.
Who you’ll be working forYou will be joining an innovative medical device company supporting frontline clinicians with advanced, reliable, and intelligent solutions. Its products are used by emergency services and healthcare professionals across the UK and beyond. They are expanding its presence and product portfolio and are looking for a commercially minded and clinically aware Business Development Executive to help drive the sales of its AED portfolio.

- External Lead Generation:
Use a variety of techniques, from cold calling, event attendance and innovative marketing tactics to develop, grow and close leads. - Pipeline management:
Build and manage sales pipeline through CRM, reporting to senior leadership bi-weekly. - Market expansion:
Research industry trends and competitors to identify untapped market opportunities and develop actionable growth strategies. - Brand Development:
Develop the Company’s exposure to new and potential customers in order to grow revenues across our full product portfolio. - Cross Department
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. - Develop Partnerships:
Nurture current partnership to drive growth and identify new opportunities within targeted industries. - Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay up to date with the latest medical industry trends and product knowledge and provide training to customers and internal teams as needed.
You will have a successful track record of sales growth and have face to face customer experience preferably within the medical device market. You should have the ability to work independently and manage your own time and be motivated by exceeding targets and earning commission. To be successful in this role you need to be confident and professional, with the ability to interact and engage with customers.
You will have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
