Job Responsibilities
- Stocks and rotates all grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk products
- Stocks and faces grocery displays with attention to quantity, quality, timeliness, appearance of displays, and the merchandising plan
- Faces grocery, dairy and freezer aisles
- Maintains organization and order of back‑stock products
- Unloads incoming pallets of grocery, dairy and frozen products
- Handles price change and signage
- Operates all equipment in accordance with PCC standards
- When assigned, places Grocery Department orders
- Identifies products to be returned to supplier
- Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Maintains department cleanliness and organization
- Provides excellent, professional customer service when needed
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Available to work the overnight shift, including weekends
- Must be dependable, have excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10-40lbs on a regular basis
- A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Additional $1.25/hour Night Differential when applicable.
