We are looking for an energetic and driven leader to steer and enhance our top-tier real estate team located in Bothell. The perfect candidate values ongoing professional growth, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is passionate about building a thriving and reputable career in the real estate industry. A current real estate license is mandatory for this position.

• Maintain team lead’s schedule
• Maintain team calendar
• Prepare listing presentations and CMA’s
• Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports
• Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence
• Open and distribute mail
• Prepare all marketing mailings
• Answer phones
• Handle client inquiries and complaints
• Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
• Engage in Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

• Team player
