Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate Quality team in reducing NC reduction/closures
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits
- Support and update supplier notifications
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement supplier quality control processes and procedures to maintain product quality and reliability
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding quality issues
- Provide training and support to production staff to maintain and improve product quality
- Participate in the development of new products to ensure they meet quality standards from the start
- Provide quality-related support to cross‑functional teams, including procurement and engineering, to resolve supplier quality issues
- Proficiency in MS Visio, Excel, Power Point, Word, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
