Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with policies by handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting with purchases, and locating merchandise;
Maintains self-checkout area; resolves member issues; promotes Sam's Club products and services; guides members on self-service technology; processes purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assists with securing and safeguarding assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining documentation, and executing emergency procedures;
Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, and program rollout; provides continuous learning opportunities
