Location: Soap Lake
Spend your season working in the sunshine at Smokiam RV Resort in Soap Lake, WA, where beautiful desert landscapes, warm summer days, and a welcoming small‑town community create the perfect place to work and enjoy the outdoors. We are hiring a dependable Grounds & Maintenance candidate to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functunality of Smokiam RV Resort. This is an outdoor, hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities- Perform landscaping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and facility repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and RV sites
- Monitor property for safety issues
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- Must pass background check
- Must have valid driver license
- Basic knowledge of tolls and repair work
- Landscaping or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be able to bend, lift and squat
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self-moticated and reliable
- Dependable and punctual
- Competitive pay for all hours worked
