Position: LPN Unit Manager

Pay: Starting at $37.00/HR DOE

Location: Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson St., Raymond, WA 98577

• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention. Ensure areas are maintained and clean.
• Make daily work assignments for employees, prepare written evaluations, provide disciplinary actions as needed, handle employee complaints, provide training and education
• Monitor supplies and order as needed
• Receive and transcribe orders to resident charts as written by MD/PA/ARNP. Ensure timely documentation of MAR/TAR and progress notes
• Assess and implement care plans for all residents. Assist with all new admission orders.
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON

• Current LPN license without any enforcement action against it
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred
• BLS Certified
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities

Compensation for roles at Willapa Harbor Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
