Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington (or application in progress) Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent (for NPs) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification required Experience in primary care or a related field preferred Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting a plus, but not required
