Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities- Outpatient Primary Care: 18-22 patients per day on average with 15/30-min visits.
- Ability to focus on either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population.
- Collegial and collaborative tight-knit provider team including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and advanced practitioners.
- Work-life balance with flexible shifts; full time is a 4-day work week.
- Newly remodeled location in a community setting with the support of a large organization.
- Walk-In Clinic, Lab, and X-ray on site.
- No Call.
- EPIC EMR; AI options available to help with charting.

Required Qualifications- National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Current BLS, ACLS certification, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- EMR Proficient.
The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based on experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. United Health Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
