• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate care for non‑emergency illnesses and injuries in an Express Care setting.
• Provide timely, patient‑centered evaluations and treatments for acute and minor conditions.
• Educate patients on wellness, preventive healthcare, and follow‑up care instructions.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure efficient, streamlined patient care.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with policies and standards.

• A current Washington State ARNP or PA License (or eligibility to obtain one before starting).
• 1+ years of clinical experience required; urgent care or family care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical decision‑making, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems; experience with Epic is a plus.
• The ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
