Position: ADON/IP

Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000 DOE

Location: Willapa Harbor Care, 1100 Jackson St, Raymond, WA 98577

• Under the supervision of the DON, you ll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention
• Primary staff development/educator
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
• Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately
• Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON

• Current Washington RN license without any enforcement action against it
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred

Compensation for roles at Willapa Harbor Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Willapa Harbor Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Willapa Harbor Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington as stated below:
