The Role
As a Clinic RN
, you'll combine clinical expertise with compassionate care to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Your role is key to building patient trust, supporting providers, and promoting health outcomes in our community.
- Obtain vital signs, patient histories, and assess needs
- Perform and assist with clinical procedures and exams
- Educate patients and families to support optimal health
- Provide telephone triage and guide patients to appropriate care
- Administer medications and perform routine nursing procedures
- Collect and process laboratory specimens
- Document care accurately and timely in the EHR
- Collaborate with providers and team members for coordinated care
- Maintain exam rooms and follow infection control protocols
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Washington RN license
- BLS certification within 6 months of hire (company provided)
- Minimum 1 year of hospital or triage experience
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and sound judgment
- ACLS certification
