- Provide comprehensive pediatric care: exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
- Manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions such as asthma, diabetes, ADHD, and developmental concerns.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Educate families on growth, development, nutrition, immunizations, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate comprehensive, family‑centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic electronic health record system.
- Participate in quality improvement, continuing education, and community outreach programs.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP‑PC or PNP‑AC).
- Current Washington ARNP license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority.
- BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months—company provided).
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical decision‑making skills.
- Commitment to patient‑centered care, health equity, and community engagement.
