, we believe in serving with love and purpose. We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team and help us provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.

• Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Support residents’ health and wellness through medication administration and treatment
• Participate in care planning and coordinate with physicians, families, and the care team
• Monitor and document resident status and respond to emergencies
• Supervise Medication Aides/Techs and assist with admissions and discharges

• A current LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

• Must pass state-specific background checks prior to patient contact
• Must adhere to all federal, state, and company clinical guidelines
