What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Acute Registered Nurse (RN) provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician.
Shifts Available:
On Call: 7:00am-7:30pm | 7:00pm-7:30am (nights vary as needed). Expected starting wage range is $53.20 - $65.73, with a full range up to $78.26. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Paid Time Off: 16.7 days in your first year for Full Time Employee
- Nine Paid Holidays & Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift.

This program is a secure 16-bed inpatient facility for adults, ages 18+ who meet the criteria for services under the Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA). We serve people who are experiencing acute mental health crisis and require intensive support to maintain safety. Our mission at this facility is to engage individuals with complex needs in recovering their health, hopes, and dreams.
