Position Overview

Coulee Medical Center is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our collaborative care team! The CRNA independently administers anesthesia and anesthesia‑related care including general, regional, local, PICC lines and all levels of sedation. This position works closely with our facility providers and nursing staff, supporting the organization by being an active member of the medical team and carrying out these duties in a manner consistent with the mission and vision of Coulee Medical Center.

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Washington. Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs, or its predecessor
• Current certification or recertification from AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists, or its predecessor's certification
• Current ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications
• Salary Range:
  Guaranteed first‑year income: $245,000‑$280,000 (including sign‑on bonus)

• Sign‑on bonus of $30,000, retention bonus up to $50,000
• Retirement match of 100%, up to 5% of annual salary, depending on years of service
• 100 hours of vacation time front‑loaded upon hire, six paid holidays
• 2 weeks guaranteed CME time/year and $3,500/year, excluding facility‑paid required licenses/certifications

Coulee Medical Center is a 25‑bed Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital with a very important job: to serve the healthcare needs of our rural community with the best in patient care, medical expertise, and personalized service. Based out of our new state‑of‑the‑art, 66,000‑square‑foot facility near the famous Grand Coulee Dam, we provide professional medical services to the residents and visitors of the greater Grand Coulee area, the five surrounding counties, and the nearby Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation.
