Overview

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will support individuals living with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders at our Washington, NC clinic, contributing to our mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCPs), including input from clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans.
  • Provide services to individuals and groups dealing with substance use and mental health challenges, including initiating contact and collaborating with family members or support systems in the care process.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $57,000 for provisional licensure; range for full licensure starts at $58,000+

Qualifications
  • Full or provisional Mental Health licensure: LCSW or LCMHC
  • Dual licensure preferred: LCAS, CCS
  • Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
  • Maintain valid state-appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
