Qualified technicians may be eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000 (based on experience), along with performance-based pay with estimated monthly earnings of $8,000–$12,000, depending on experience and production.
Pecheles Automotive is growing, and we’re looking for skilled Toyota Technicians with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. Our busy service department is expanding, and we’re adding 3 new technicians to support increased demand and help team members advance their careers.

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Successfully complete all brand and career assigned training
- Service technician certifications preferred, but will train and certify experienced, driven techs
- Strong automotive background
- Ability to work with a team
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
- I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training, preferred
- NC State Inspection License
- Commitment and record for excellent attendance and punctuality
