Position: Out Systems Developer

Location: Washington, DC Onsite

Duration: Long term contract

We are seeking an Out Systems Developer to support a high visibility, ongoing modernization initiative within our client's procurement organization. This implementation will support procurement activities ranging from large scale service engagements to global infrastructure initiatives.

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications on the Out Systems platform (Reactive Web & Mobile).
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into high-quality, scalable application components.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and connections to enterprise systems.
• Ensure alignment with security, performance, and coding best practices.
• Participate in testing, troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Produce technical documentation and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions to internal teams.

• 8+ years of experience with Out Systems development for Reactive Web and Mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of low-code development principles and best practices.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrates relevant Out Systems certifications in O11 & ODC.
