Affirmed Home Care is a leader in concierge-level home health services, Wednesdays delivering exceptional care with compassion and integrity. We are seeking Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care for our 18-month-old client in the comfort of their home.

We currently have 8‑hour day shifts (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) and 12‑hour overnight shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) available in Warren County

• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience working in pediatrics in an acute care/home care settings
• At least 1 year of recent experience G‑Tubes in pediatrics
• Active New Jersey LPN license and PALS Certification
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current physical exam (within 1 year)
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON (within 1 year) or chest X‑ray (within 5 years)
• MMR immunizations (within 10 years)

• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
