Immaculate Heart Academy seeks a short-term substitute Italian Teacher beginning April 2026 thru June 2026. A degree in Italian or a related field, teaching experience, and teacher certification are preferred. This position is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive community. Specific Duties /Responsibilities- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons according to Immaculate Heart Academy’s Italian curriculum.
- Providing constructive feedback and regular progress updates through formative and summative assessments.
- Revising and collaborating on curricula updates.
- Maintaining a safe classroom environment.
- Participating in community engagement events.
- Overseeing study halls or cover periods.
- Other duties as assigned.
Teaching experience in a secondary school setting and a degree in a related field are preferred.
Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods, as well as the capacity to lift and carry items.
Salary Range: $44,048 - $108,320
