Immaculate Heart Academy seeks a short-term substitute French Teacher beginning January 26, 2025. A degree in French or a related field, teaching experience, and teacher certification are preferred. Specific Duties/Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons according to Immaculate Heart Academy’s French curriculum;
• Providing constructive feedback and regular progress updates through formative and summative assessments;
• Revising and collaborating on curricula updates;
• Maintaining a safe classroom environment;
• Participating in community engagement events; and
• Overseeing study halls or cover periods. Other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience (Preferred)

• Teaching experience in a secondary school setting and a degree in a related field are preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods, as well as the capacity to lift and carry items.

Salary Range: $44,048 - $108,320
