Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Full-Time | 36 hrs/week
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
SIGN-ON BONUSES $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced RNs
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Graduate Nurses

Welcome to our high-energy, fast-paced 30-bed Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit. Our diverse patient population includes a broad range of medical and post-operative cases
, such as:
Orthopedic procedures:
knees, hips, shouldersGeneral surgeries:
appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resectionsSpecialized care:
bariatric surgery, sepsis, pancreatitis, and stable pneumothorax
We maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6, supported by highly skilled Patient Care Associates to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery.

Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
Must meet all state board of nursing requirements
Certifications
Required:
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support
BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire)
Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion)
Physical Requirements:
Regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift
Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed
