RN - Interventional Radiology - Part Time

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Join Our Team at Mercy Hospital Washington! Position: RN - Interventional Radiology. Status:
Part-Time (16 hrs/week). Shift: Days (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM). No holidays, weekends, evenings, or on-call!

• Work in a procedure-based unit with a focus on patient care and cutting-edge techniques
• Enjoy a predictable schedule with work-life balance
• Be part of a collaborative team performing neuro and GI procedures using advanced technology

• Provide care for outpatients and inpatients during interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor patients for anesthesia, bleeding, and pain management
• Utilize sterile techniques and assist with catheters, drains, and more

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Licensure:
  Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - or completion within 30 days of hire
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for prolonged periods, and perform essential movements
