Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Status: Full-Time (36 hours/week)

Shift: Nights

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Experienced RNs

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for experienced nurses
• Stay Premium Program: Earn up to an additional $8/hour based on Mercy tenure

• Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license. Must meet all state board requirements.
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Required
  • Additional unit-specific certifications as applicable
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Prolonged standing and walking required
  • Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as part of regular duties
