Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

• Must be familiar with conformal coat and washer machine.. Know the different package types of electronic components.
• Must be able to set-up and operate automated conformal coat and washer machines.
• Must be able to properly maintain conformal coat and washer machine. equipment.
• Able to interpret IPC 610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications.
• Become IPC Certified.
• Responsible for quality of product produced on the conformal coat and washer machine line.
• Must be familiar with and able to use hand tools, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, etc.
• Shall maintain a neat appearance of work area to 5S standards.
• Shall practice safe work habits and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Train co-workers and assist when problems arise.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

• Must have 1 – 2 years of experience in running conformal coat and washer machine..

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
