WHAT

YOU'LL DO:

As a Permit Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the permit application process from start to finish. This includes building strong relationships with local and regional permitting departments, reviewing engineering plans to prepare accurate submissions, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve any issues. You’ll track permit statuses, provide regular updates, and ensure all permits are submitted and received in line with project timelines.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while supporting broader department and company goals.

WHAT YOU

NEED TO HAVE :

To be successful as a Permit Coordinator, candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in OSP (Outside Plant) Engineering or Construction permitting, along with the ability to read and interpret OSP plans and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and candidates should be comfortable learning new systems, including cloud-based tools like Salesforce. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A high school diploma or GED is required.
