Forklift Operator – Swing Shift

Pay: $20.00/hour DOE

Location: Wapato WA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Overtime (12-hour shifts) and weekends may be required during busy season

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently move materials throughout a warehouse and production facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and products are in the right place at the right time to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; sort bins and stage materials for production
• Document incoming and outgoing shipments
• Transport incoming materials to designated storage or production areas
• Label and prepare loads for shipment
• Perform inventory counts on fruit products and plant supplies
• Introduce raw materials into production and manage empty fruit bins
• Operate forklifts safely while maintaining a courteous driving attitude
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of forklift operating experience
• Ability to pass a forklift certification test
