Cabinetry​/Paint Finishing Supervisor

We are currently searching for a dependable, experienced and team oriented Cabinetry-Paint Finishing Supervisor.

• Supervise operations of the VIP cabinetry department.
• Lead the team to meet quality and schedule requirements; establish physical layout of equipment and most efficient sequence of operations and workflow.
• Manage performance of skilled finish operations such as body work panels, sanding, buffing and polishing, application of spray or finish, inspection and refinish damaged, worn or used aircraft interior furniture.
• Manage allocation of resources, materials and scheduling of equipment for maximum utilization of production facilities, finish booths and personnel.

• 7+ to 10 years experience

• Someone who has worked with VVIP customers manufacturing high end cabinetry in yachts, high end homes, or aircraft.
• Will consider someone with experience in high end (6 figure cars) automotive customization, paint, interiors/upholstery operation.
