Located at our V&V Walsh facility in Bunbury, which processes both beef and lamb products, this full-time position offers a dynamic work environment. Our team of approximately 600 employees ensures that each day presents a fresh challenge and opportunity. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and are looking to develop their skills in the food processing industry.

• Handling and moving livestock (cattle and/or sheep) safely and humanely within the stockyard area
• Assisting with loading and unloading carcasses in the loadout area, including pushing carcasses and manual lifting
• Scanning, weighing, and recording finished products accurately for traceability and inventory control
• Operating machinery and equipment efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
• Performing general labouring tasks such as trimming, sorting, or stacking products
• Operating forklifts and other material‑handling equipment (where licensed) to move product and supplies safely
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas, including regular housekeeping duties
• Following all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and practices
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and quality standards

• A valid License and transportation
• Good organisational skills.
• High level of self‑motivation.
• Forklift licence (advantageous)
