Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday | 4/10 Work Week

• Day Shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

We are seeking a Parts Receiving & Distribution Associate to support efficient shop operations by receiving, tracking, staging, and distributing parts and materials used in fabrication. This role plays a critical part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring teams have the correct materials, in the right quantities, and at the right time.

• Manage and control the flow of parts throughout shop operations
• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming materials, including cut-to-size plate
• Track and update inventory using tablet-based parts tracking software
• Pull parts per bills of materials (BOMs) and stage them in designated bins
• Transport staged part bins to the shop floor to support production schedules
• Coordinate machine shop processing of cut-to-size plate materials
• Ensure fabrication teams have the materials needed to complete assemblies efficiently

• Working knowledge of shop drawings, cut lists, and industrial safety practices
• Basic math and geometry skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to operate overhead cranes and forklifts (training provided; experience not required)
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency

• Identify and report defective or non-conforming materials to Quality Assurance, the Material Processing Supervisor, and Purchasing
• Maintain accurate inventory control, including proper material identification and grade marking
