Join our hands‑on production team assembling and fabricating components into finished registers, grilles, and diffusers. We’ll train you to succeed—no prior experience required.

- Perform a variety of repetitive tasks to assemble and fabricate parts using hand and power tools
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality
- Maintain organized production records
- Collaborate with teammates, maintaining good communication to achieve efficient production processes
- Support a safe, efficient, and customer‑focused work environment
- Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
- Comfortable using tape measures (down to 1/16" preferred)
- Flexible and reliable in a fast‑paced setting
- Experience with wood, steel, or aluminum is a plus
- Warehouse/production setting with PPE required. Expect a mix of walking, lifting, and hands‑on tasks
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds properly
