Base Pay Range$20.00/hr - $45.00/hr
LocationWhite Salmon, WA
Job DetailsPerforms tooling machining. Provides manufacturing support, coordinates workload to meet production requirements, designs machine/process improvements to increase productivity and decrease scrap/rework, estimates production times and staffing requirements, visualizes parts/equipment from sketches or oral direction, directs and coordinates fabrication and installation activities of new equipment, and operates manual machines, lathes, mills, grinding equipment, and water jet equipment.
Responsibilities- Provides manufacturing support and machines production parts.
- Coordinates workload to meet production requirements.
- Provides machine/process design and improvements to increase productivity and decrease scrap/re-work.
- Estimates production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions.
- Visualizes parts/equipment from sketches or oral direction.
- Directs and coordinates fabrication and installation activities of new equipment.
- Operates manual machines, lathes, mills, grinding equipment, water jet equipment.
