EBAD is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler I for our Graham location. The Master Scheduler I will manage the production activity plans and schedules for the manufacture of products. This position will report directly to Master Scheduler II.
** Responsibilities****:
*** Leads all work scheduling actions ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to drive material and capacity requirements including planning adjustments resulting from un-planned demand, forecast shortfalls, production and inventory changes, and changes in customer demand.
* Acts as the communication conduit between the program office and operations to ensure seamless flow of information from the customer to the shop floor and from the shop floor to the customer.
* Maintain detailed schedules for all open and planned orders using software such as Microsoft Project and Excel.
* Interact with Program Managers and internal team members across multiple functions to maintain level loaded scheduling across operations.
* Manage, track, and update work progress on Production Status.
* Actively contributes and participates in team meetings.
* Manages and maintains the production schedule for all programs.
* Reviews new customer orders and determines feasible delivery dates.
* Provide lead times for Sales Quotes.
* Leads internal weekly revenue meetings and captures actions to ensure revenue is maintained as planned. Work with cross functional team members to ensure all actions are completed to achieve planned revenue.
* Support and participate in monthly SIOP meetings. Provide input for operations planning and scheduling. Review forecasted/proposed programs during SIOP and verify that production capacity will be available to support the future programs.
** Requirements:
*** Associates or Bachelor's degree, technical discipline is preferred
* 5+ years of experience in a production scheduling or program scheduling role in a manufacturing environment, aerospace experience is preferred
* Astute, highly motivated and organized
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate, able to use MS Office application software including Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Must be capable of learning our ERP system (IFS)
