EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR — Jamie’s Place (Winthrop, WA)
Join Jamie's Place, a vibrant community non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate adult family home care to elders in the beautiful Methow Valley. We are seeking a grounded, values-driven nonprofit leader who brings sound judgment, financial and fundraising experience, and the emotional intelligence required to lead our dedicated staff, including a long-time devoted care manager, in the care of our elders in a real home setting.
With plans to expand, this role holds responsibility for the health and direction of the whole organization — ensuring staff are supported, systems run smoothly, resources are well-managed, and elders continue to experience Jamie’s Place as a place of dignity, autonomy, and meaningful connection. Your experience in non-profit and executive management will shine as you engage our stakeholders and donors, support our highly skilled staff, and work with our community-wide teams of volunteers who serve on the board, as well as on the very active expansion campaign, endowment campaign, and design and build committees.
The care at Jamie's Place is guided by the Greenhouse Model of care, a truly person-centered model. This role is ideal for a grounded executive leader who values dignity for elders, autonomy for caregivers, and the rhythms of a real home.
