Location: Montesano
Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Skilled Nursing/Rehab Center
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- location assistance and sign on incentives are available
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | No weekend rotation
Facility: Skilled Nursing/Rehab Center. 94 bed facility
Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (open to any therapy discipline)
Previous rehab management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
