Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Deputy Executive Director for a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to housing stability and community well-being. This is a full-time leadership role based in Port Hadlock, WA.
POSITION OVERVIEWThe Deputy Executive Director plays a key leadership role in advancing organizational programs, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability in alignment with a community-centered mission. Partnering closely with the Executive Director and senior leaders, this role provides strategic oversight across programs, operations, and funding initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, values-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a people-first approach to decision-making.

- Represent the organization with external partners, stakeholders, and community groups
- Contribute to long‑term planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mission-driven, community-focused organizations
- Strong background in program oversight, operational planning, and organizational strategy
- Experience working with public funding, grants, or complex compliance environments

This full-time, exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000–$80,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and long-term success.
