• Attend and participate in evening programs and spiritual activities.
• Maintain a standard of cleanliness in personal grooming and in living quarters.
• Assist with the clean‑up of the camp at the end of each session and at the conclusion of the summer.
• Assist with evening cabin supervision.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Food Service Administrator or Assistant Camp Administrator.

• Enforce camp policies and procedures.
• Maintain the utmost level of safety for staff and campers at all times.
• Ensure compliance with American Camping Association standards of safety and programmatic conduct.
• Coordinate and implement all program components relative to the daily schedule in a timely fashion.

• Wash and store dishes, pots and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of all dish washing areas.
• Sweep and spot mop kitchen/dining room floor after each meal.
• Empty trash as needed and at the end of the day.
• Mop kitchen floor after last meal of the day.
• Prepare clean‑up bins, cleaning cloths, and spatulas for each table.
• Participate in Bible Study and Staff Devotionals.
• Participate in Campfire activities and skits.
• Assist in any duties requested that help maintain high efficiency in the kitchen operation.

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects and reach overhead.
• Ability to operate telephone.
• Ability to operate a desktop or laptop computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to access and produce information from a computer.
• Ability to understand written information.
