Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing and facilities equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance will be vital in supporting our production processes and maintaining a safe work environment.
Duties- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Conduct welding repairs and fabrications as needed to maintain equipment integrity.
- Maintain electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with residential painting tasks in facility upgrades or maintenance projects.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Occasional jobsite visits related to product issues or design-related adjustments.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Hands‑on experience with electrical troubleshooting, schematics interpretation, and electrical components.
- Skilled in welding techniques and familiar with safety procedures related to welding operations.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills for interacting effectively with team members and supporting internal clients.
- Ability to read technical schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams fluently in English.
