This is an on-site, part-time role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Washington, IA. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients during their tax preparation journey. Daily tasks include answering general inquiries, maintaining client satisfaction, managing schedules, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The specialist will also handle phone calls using professional phone etiquette and support clients with their needs throughout the tax preparation process.

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
• Strong understanding of Customer Experience and a client-centric approach
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a client-service or retail environment is a plus
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
