- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile
- 3—5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- 3—5 years in the Health Insurance Industry or Healthcare Industry
- Familiarity with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
