Summary

Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue and customer engagement, while supporting overall business growth.

Drive digital customer growth across AT&T’s consumer and business digital ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities

Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. Enhance digital sales channels and distribution partnerships, including affiliate sales and digital acquisition partnerships. Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue.

Demand and Traffic Strategy: Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic strategies in close partnership with marketing teams, prioritizing converged customer growth. Manage SEO strategy, execution, and performance to ensure the traffic strategy flows into the correct customer journey, driving conversion on owned platforms. Collaborate with technology and care teams to enhance site performance and reduce fraudulent activity while focusing on demand generation.

Customer Journey and Experience Management: Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys effectively, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer AT&T products and features at the right times. Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and enhanced cross-selling capabilities, while partnering closely with technology, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute these digital initiatives.

Identify and address friction points, and deliver innovative experiences that improve customer sales journeys.

Technology and Innovation: Lead a test & learn mindset, develop strategies, and rapid experiments focused on increasing sales and conversion rates adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning. Lead the development, execution, and ongoing optimization of growth experiments and campaigns using A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics. Identify key problems or opportunities across digital and partner with design and technology teams to align on a clear path forward.

Focus on key trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases. Drive platform technology enhancements to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure that supports seamless customer experiences and integrates with emerging technologies.

Data Analytics and Optimization: Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics. Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies. Identifies goals, metrics and appropriate analytics to measure the performance of the product and launches and its individual features, and continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product based on learnings. Regularly monitor, forecast, and report performance against targets to stakeholders.
