Epic Systems Analyst - Ambulatory and Link

• Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory and Link Epic application(s)
• Analyze system requirements and perform workflow analysis to evaluate user experience
• Maintain and update Epic environments, implementing new technologies and correcting issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently, providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of employment
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
