Position begins in March 2026.
Responsibilities- Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.
- Performs ultrasound procedures as directed by the physicians.
- Responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service and continuous quality improvement (CQI).
- Performs all aspects of patient care to optimize patient safety and radiation protection and reduce the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
- Consistently informs and prepares patients and family for ultrasound examinations.
- Assesses patient pain interfering with imaging procedure — makes appropriate adjustments in technique and, when necessary, contacts physician for intervention.
- Other duties, as needed.
- Minimum of Associates of Applied Science required.
- Registered with ARDMS or ARRT(s) preferred, required within 1 year of hire.
- One year of OB/GYN ultrasound experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
