- Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or Dev Ops Engineering role
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate business benefits and technical advantages
- Experience in programming/scripting with one or more languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and familiarity with Dev Ops practices
- Proven ability to secure new logo accounts and engage prospects through long sales cycles
- Ability to travel up to 45% of the time via auto, train, or air
- Experience in educating customers on observability risks and building evaluation plans
- Background in technical sales and familiarity with cloud technologies
- Strong networking skills within technical and executive circles
- Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment
- Passion for technology and a desire to grow skills in a fast-paced setting
