Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to the HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence Team
  • Conduct analysis of HR systems and develop recommendations for enterprise program enhancements
  • Generate operational and performance metrics reports for management
  • Assist in compliance reporting and employee data auditing
  • Participate in testing new systems and enhancements, ensuring operational effectiveness
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing HR activities
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
