Job Description:

We are a manufacturing employer seeking an entry‑level Human Resources professional to support recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, and employee training in a production environment.

• Support employee recruiting and onboarding processes
• Maintain, update, and audit HRIS records
• Generate HR reports and support HR metrics tracking
• Assist production teams with employee training documentation
• Support HR programs, compliance initiatives, and departmental projects

• Entry‑level Human Resources opportunity with hands‑on training

• At least 1 year of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
• Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing environment

• HR or recruiting experience
• Manufacturing or production environment experience
