About Our PropertySkamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring tree houses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations. #PGH‑SKL
What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do- Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
- Thoroughly complete all guest transactions.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs and room upsell programs.
- Interact with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and resort policies.
- Maintain house bank.
- Ensure the Front Desk and Lobby are always neat and clean.
- Resolve guest issues with the ability of turning a negative experience into a positive experience.
- Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
- Assist with all guests’ inquiries via phone or in person.
- Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
- A minimum of one year of customer service–related experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- An outgoing and engaging personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
