Overview
As a supervisor at Mulligan's, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and management to Mulligan's and our Beverage Cart team. Mulligan's, our snack & drink bar, is located on Prospector Golf Course. Working closely with the Restaurant, Bars, & Events (RBE) leadership team, you'll assist in training and providing team oversight. With a passion for guest service, you'll lead the team in the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Salary: $19.00/hour
This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:
- Season Start:
April 1 - Season End:
October 31
Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Peak season, with the most hours, is typically May – October.

- Work in conjunction with RBE leadership to insure outstanding customer service and profitability within the Mulligan's operations on a daily basis
- Comply with all Liquor and Labor regulations
- Responsible for reinforcement of department and company standards through training including all Suncadia policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Responsible for understanding POS system, updating changes and training staff in its use
- Responsible for the proper use of supplies, materials, and equipment
- Develop an atmosphere of professional friendliness and act as a representative of Suncadia to the public
- Maintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
- Assists in the development and execution of new promotions, events, etc.
- Monitors Revinate scores, shares with team and ensures service standards are met
- Provides prompt follow-up to all guest concerns
- Maintains a safe and pleasant work environment
- Resolves guest issues promptly and with great care and effectiveness
- Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
- Communicates all pertinent information to the Mulligan's team
- Ensures proper handling, cleaning and sanitation of equipment
- Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and team members at all time
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must obtain a Class 12 Mixologist permit within 90 days of beginning employment
- Current Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain one within 2 weeks of employment
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- At least three years of food and beverage experience preferred
- Computer literate
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
